Exchange and return is a guaranteed right for all our customers and it includes all the products we display in our store.
All products displayed in our store are subject to the exchange and return policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The product can be returned or exchanged if it is in the same condition as when purchased and in its original packaging.
Return and exchange within seven (7) days from the date of purchase
Please contact us via the Contact Us page or via our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
Please photograph the product and send it with the city, address and order number to be replaced with another product if the product is damaged or has a specific defect, or does not work as agreed upon.
The customer will be fully refunded if the product he received is completely different from the product description on the product page on our website.
We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the use of the products by the customer that we did not mention on the product page on our website.
